如何在面試中回答薪資問題

大多數求職者不喜歡在面試中討論薪資的問題。如果說得太低，他們低估了自己的市場價值。如果說得太高，他們可能失去了一個工作機會。如果你已經提前做了功課，你可以根據您的經驗水平應該有的薪資範圍去進行談判。但是如果你覺得想暫時迴避問題，你的答案應該傳達三項原則：

1. 你對工作的興趣是你的首要考慮

2. 您的薪資應該符合市場條件和你的經驗水平
